【Reservation Procedure】

1. Please use the form below to make a reservation and leave your contact number for quick confirmation.

2. After the reservation is confirmed, please remit the deposit (50% of the total room price) within 3 days after the reservation. After remittance, please be sure to inform the last five digits of the account number. If the remittance deposit is not received within the retention time, the reservation will be canceled without further notice. .

3. After we receive the deposit, we will reserve the room for you and the balance will be paid upon arrival.

4. Please inform the ship schedule or flight arrival time to facilitate pick-up from the ship and airport.

♦ Smoking is strictly prohibited in the B&B.

♦ Airport and Magong Port pick-up and drop-off services are provided. For those staying for one day, only one-way service is provided. (Wenxin No. 1 does not provide pick-up service)

♦ All accommodations come with breakfast. (Available from 06:30am to 09:30am)

♦ Please present your ID card or other photo ID for registration when checking in.

♦ No pets allowed.

♦ Please do not take drugs, party, gamble, etc. in the room.

♦ To maintain the quality of accommodation, please refrain from making loud noises before 8 a.m. and after 10 p.m.

♦ Please do not exceed the basic occupancy of the room type. If the number of extra beds is not notified in advance, the B&B has the right to refuse check-in and the deposit will not be refunded.

♦ The suite is equipped with large bath towels, washcloths, mouthwash cups, shower gel, and shampoo. In order to save energy and reduce carbon emissions, please bring your own razor, toothbrush/paste, comb, conditioner, facial cleanser, and shower cap.

♦ When leaving the room, please lock the door and keep your valuables properly.

♦ Please take good care of all the equipment in the B&B. If it is damaged or taken away without authorization, please compensate according to the price.

[Delay and refund instructions]

If you want to cancel your reservation for any reason after remittance, please inform us within 7 days before the date of stay, and no refund will be given. If you inform us within 8 to 14 days before the date of stay, 50% of the deposit of the accommodation fee will be deducted. If you cancel the reservation 14 days before the date of stay, a handling fee of 100 yuan will be deducted. , the deposit is fully refundable.

If there are force majeure factors (such as typhoons, earthquakes, etc.) on the day of accommodation that cause the suspension of planes and flights, you can choose to refund the deposit in full or change the accommodation date based on the situation promulgated by the Penghu County Government.
